We saw communities torn apart by toxic traditions, individuals shackled by societal expectations, and cultures that silenced truth in favour of comfort. But we also saw a glimmer of hope - a radical love that refused to be confined.
With that vision, DCW was born. We began by listening to the marginalized, the wounded, and the overlooked. Their stories became the foundation for our work. We learned that true changes begin not with loud proclamations but with quiet acts of courage - reaching across divides, breaking cycles of harm, and speaking truth in love.
